How it works….
Step One..
A custom training program is created to meet your needs. We cover specifics such as training, nutrition, hormone balance, goals and much more.
Step Two…
We look at any injuries or imbalances that need to be addressed. We have a license Physical Therapist to review and help adapt your training plan to maximize your progress.
Step Three..
Accountability!! Each week you will have a check in to have your progress evaluated and updated. This helps to maximize progress, answer any questions you have, help motive you and minimize plateaus.
Step Four..
You will be able to chat with me via a training app and view video content explaining how exercises are to be performed. The app will also allow you to view your macros per meal and help track your progress.
